Thank you one and all for your excellent enthusiasm, cooperation, spirit , and support in participating 2nd Hyderabad Open Art Competition. It was really very nice to see all those 350+ great talented artists - both professionals and children performing and exhibiting highest level of creativity and quality of the art. Cultivating Art is very happy to announce the Second Edition of "Hyderabad Open Art Competition" for all Art lovers in Hyderabad from 3 year olds to men & women of all ages.
To promote Art, encourage everyone to practice Art, explore ideas from school children, encourage all budding artists, give a platform to exhibit their inner talents, find best artistic talents in our own city - Hyderabad, Cultivating Art is organizing an open competition for all the art lovers.
Competition will be held in 7 categories in total as follows:
Category 1 - Pre-school
Category 2 - Classes 1 to 2
Category 3 - Classes 3 to 4
Category 4 - Classes 5 to 6
Category 5 - Classes 7 to 8
Category 6 - Classes 9 to 10
Category 7 - Men & Women of all ages

In Art, everyone is a winner; hence all participants in this competition will get a personalized name printed Participation Certificate.
Best Performer Award to be won in each Cateogry with a Memento and Certificate of Excellence
Top Performer Award - 10% of Participants to get Gold Medals with Commendation Certificates in each Category.
Best Participant School Award – for a school with most number of participants from a School.
Best Participant Art School Award – for an Art School with most number of participants from an Art School.

Venue: Phoenix Arena, HITEC City, Hyderabad.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Entry fee is ₹100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only).
2. Last date for registrations - 5th November 2019.
3. Spot Registration fee is ₹150/-, for whom Name printed Participation Certificate will be sent by courier within 10 days after the event. Additional fee is only for courier cost + handling charges.
4. Time duration is strictly 90 minutes only.
5. Art work submission counters will be closed at 11:30am sharp.
6. Participants will be provided with high quality A3 size drawing sheet. Participant must get all their material like drawing pads, paint palette, pencils, eraser, scale, sharpener, water bottles etc.
7. Parents are not allowed inside to help children but allowed as participants of Category 7. We strongly encourage all parents to give a try and experience what their kids are enjoying. WHY ONLY KIDS HAVE ALL THE FUN? WHY NOT PARENTS?
8. Prizes will be announced by 12:30pm on the same day and will be distributed immediately.
9. Judges decision will be final without any further jurisdiction.
10. No comparisons or discussions or explanations entertained on Judges' decision.
11. We are an independent NGO having no association with any school or organization - hence ONLY unbiased judgment.
12. Due to any unforeseen reasons, if any changes with date or venue, all participants must adhere and cooperate with the organizers.
13. Participation Certificates will be given to all on same day.
14. Excellence Certificates & Commendation Certificates will be sent by speed post within 10 days after competition date.
15. Mementos and Medals will be awarded immediately.
